Get started with your Exhibitor Profile
Our visitors will be utilising the Exhibitor Directory, as they decide who they would like to meet at the exhibition. This is your chance to get their attention.
To ensure you don't miss the opportunity to drive visitors to your stand, update your profile with your latest company description and logo. Take it a step further to showcase your expertise by adding your products, videos, social channels and latest news.

Personalised banners and invitations
To help promote your place at LBF, we have created digital banner templates for you to highlight your participation with the fair. They are ready to download and add to your email signatures, websites and on advertisements. You can also generate personalised invitations to send directly to your prospects, encouraging them to meet you.
Capturing better leads, made simple
Capture better leads with Emperia. A bespoke app, we developed Emperia so you can capture leads from the conversations you have with the simple scan of a badge. Even better, it's included in your exhibitor package at no extra cost!
You can access Emperia a few weeks before The London Book Fair starts using the login details sent to your Portal administrator. In the meantime, get to know what Emperia is and how it works.
Be featured on LBF Live
Will you have a new product launch, demonstration or an innovative display on your stand?
LBF Live is our official channel which is live-streamed around the exhibition and online, and you have the exclusive opportunity to be featured for free. Just let us know what you have planned for the exhibition.
We also have sponsorship options available, so you can guarantee your position. Opportunities include a one-minute company video, a static advert and a three-minute interview.
SmartSpace
We can build your stand
To offer you a unique and cost-effective stand design and build option without the hassle of expensive stand designers and builders, we used our expertise to develop SmartSpace.
You can choose fully customised bespoke or modular system stands, which can be altered to your preferences and are tailor-made to meet your needs. Here is a little more about your options.
Bespoke Designs
A completely unique design concept, made specifically to your requirements. Once you have decided on an idea for your stand, simply send your brief to the SmartSpace team who will then design a stand concept. Alternatively, feel free to show the team an existing stand design you would like to replicate (take a look through our photo gallery below for inspiration)!
System Stands
A tailored, cost-effective and flexible modular solution. Start the design process by choosing one or two open sides, your stand size and one of the three main designs (ONS, SUR and PIC). The System Stands can be tailored specifically to your requirements using a range of standard components that fit together to ensure it stands out from your competitors.
