Visit The London Book Fair
Who will you meet?
Our exhibitors are creative people who make content come to life in all its magnificent forms. With us you can meet with the giant publishing houses, the independents' and the publishers of blockbuster novels and academic texts. Producers of children’s books and graphic novels will also be there, alongside mobile companies and gaming start-ups.
We are leaders in creating opportunity in the industry, and we provide that opportunity across multiple platforms. Having been around for 50 years, we understand the people in the industry. As a result, we have over 1,500 overseas companies represented from 60 countries and 25 international pavilions.
You can attend over 200 seminars on the pressing themes in publishing today – from getting published to Open Access to audiobooks. Visit the fair and benefit from meetings with exhibitors, conferences, and various initiatives including the International Excellence Awards.

Sectors at the fair
We cover all sectors of the industry at LBF, from mainstream publishers to specialised houses.
The halls are arranged by sector, much like a giant bookshop. Check out our sectors, including the Poetry Collective, The Illustrators' Gallery, Writers’ Block and New Title Showcase.
Author of the Day
Our Author of the Day programme brings some of the most acclaimed, successful and exciting writers working today to the epicentre of the publishing world, showcasing their work and celebrating their achievements.
Since it was first introduced in 2004, our Market Focus initiative has created, and continues to create, commercial and cultural partnerships from around the world.
Our objective is to put a spotlight on publishing trade links with the country or region that is showcased, highlighting the opportunities for conducting business with the rest of the world.
Charity of the Year
We have supported many book-related charities for as long as the fair has been running.
The support has taken on many forms, from free-of-charge stands, to leaflet drops and promotion on the website, and everything in between.
