Coronavirus Update

Third Party Suppliers

We have been receiving a number of enquiries regarding the official third party suppliers that are listed in our Exhibitor Manual. Arrangements with these suppliers –ranging from contractors to services at the venue - are between the exhibitor and the supplier and we recommend that you speak to them directly; please click here to view the supplier’s contact information.

We appreciate that in some cases there may be a short delay in communication, but please rest assured they are doing their very best to respond to each of you individually.

For All LBF Exhibitors and Sponsors:

We last wrote to you on Friday 27 March 2020 to advise that you would be hearing from your account manager the week beginning 6 April 2020. This should now have happened.

With so many of us are working remotely and with contact information that may have changed, if you have not heard from your LBF contact, please do not hesitate to get in touch with our LBF Coordinator, Taylor Dougan at [email protected] so that this can be remedied as soon as possible.

The London Book Fair would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your support and to wish you and your families well in these challenging times.

A Statement from Reed Exhibitions – Organisers of The London Book Fair:

Reed Exhibitions has announced that The London Book Fair 2020, scheduled to take place at Olympia, London, from 10 to 12 March will be cancelled following the escalation of COVID-19 Coronavirus in Europe.

The effects, actual and projected, of Coronavirus are becoming evident across all aspects of our lives here in the UK and across the world, with many of our participants facing travel restrictions. We have been following UK government guidelines and working with the rolling advice from the public health authorities and other organisations, and so it is with reluctance that we have taken the decision not to go ahead with this year’s event.

We recognise that business has to continue. With this in mind, we will of course support and collaborate with exhibitors and visitors to keep our world moving during this difficult period. We thank all those from the UK and a multitude of other countries who have prepared over the last year to deliver what promised to be a wonderful book fair showcasing, as ever, the exciting best of the global book industry. The London Book Fair will return, better than ever, in 2021.
