All submissions will be considered for the 2026 programme. Our team will contact you if your proposal aligns with the themes and focus of the upcoming fair.

If you do not hear from us by October 10th, 2025, please consider your application unselected at this time, however, we encourage you to apply again for next years round.

To be considered for this event, please submit your proposal before July 7th, 2025. All submissions sent past this date will not be considered and you must re-apply through our Call for Papers, which is open from July through to September.
