It is open to anyone in the business of books: eg publishers in any sector - trade, children's, academic, education, audiobooks - literary agents and scouts, translators, printers, distributors, booksellers, publisher services, reviewers, librarians, association leaders, festival or awards founders - from anywhere around the world.
