    Reflecting All: Effecting Change

    Returning for a second year, this day-long conference is run by The Publishers Association and LBF this November. Attendees will be encouraged to consider how they interact with every point of the publishing ecosystem to ensure equal representation in our industry, from authors right through to the consumer. Conference themes will include BAME progression and the commercial imperative; Equality in Acquisitions; Women in the Boardroom; Accessible books and publishing and Male Gender Gap.

    The conference is open to all those working in the book industry including booksellers, agents, authors, literary festival and event organisers, and publishers. All those who commission, who hire, and who have the urge to make change a reality, are encouraged to attend.
