  • Anna Russo, Hodder Education

    Anna has been nominated following her excellent performance managing customers and sales in the complex Caribbean market. Anna has displayed energy, vision, innovation and professionalism coupled with attitude and decision making skills beyond her years. She has gained a very warm and positive response from customers across the region.

    She is undoubtedly a rising star in the industry.


  • Caroline Tatam, Cambridge University Press

    Caroline deserves to be recognised  for her expert negotiation of an organisational landscape, her innovative approach, plus her ability to successfully network in a way which enabled her to deploy her other skills to maximum effect.

    This talent for team playing and delivering to a high standard is what sets Caroline apart from other colleagues. It also identifies her as one of the rarest of candidates – those people most likely to achieve at the highest level in the future.



  • Claire O'Neill, Audible UK

    Audio is experiencing impressive growth and Claire works tirelessly acquiring and developing unique audiobooks showcasing the medium’s power.

    "Both at Audible and Beehive Films it continues to be my personal mission to produce content which is relevant, inclusive and inspiring; to find and share stories that would otherwise go unheard."

  • Heather McDaid, 404 Ink

    Heather McDaid is a freelancer, publisher (404 Ink), festival organiser, volunteer and much more.

    She's so ambitious and manages to pull off huge projects in small bursts of time across the book world and now she's set up her own publisher 404 Ink there's very little that will get in her way. She's brought a lot of excitement and positivity to the publishing world and so many people are watching on with excitement to see what else she achieves. We're all certain it will be something brilliant, and she she deserves an award to celebrate that.


  • Željka Marošević, Daunt Books Publishing

    Željka is very smart and dedicated, and, having run Melville House UK when she was still in her early 20s, has since become co-publisher of Daunt Books Publishing. She has a great eye and real integrity, and will I am sure go very far indeed.
