    Royal Society of Literature

    Rosie Beaumont-Thomas is the Events and Outreach Manager at the Royal Society of Literature, integrating a year-round programme of literary events with UK-wide young people’s outreach, as well as programming the flagship series ‘RSL 200: Literature Matters’ which will celebrate the organisation’s bicentenary. She joined the RSL after almost three years as Events Manager at Waterstones, where she co-founded the Feminist Book Society.

    Paul Black

    Pr and Brand Director

    Andersen Press

    Paul Black is PR and Brand Director at Andersen Press, overseeing and leading on all campaigns, media and events for the leading children’s independent publisher, as well as Brand management for the likes of Elmer the Patchwork Elephant, The Bolds and The Polar Express. Previous to Andersen Press Paul has worked in various children’s specialists including HarperCollins Children’s Books and Walker Books, and started his career as Events Manager at Seven Stories, The Centre for Children’s Books in Newcastle. Originally from Hull, Paul now lives in South East London.

    Behavioural Change Specialist

    Author of The Kindness Method and The Last Diet

    Shahroo Izadi is a Behavioural Change Specialist and author of The Kindness Method and The Last Diet, which have both been published with Pan Macmillan. Her approach to motivation, habit-change and wellbeing is inspired by the experience she gained working in various roles across the addiction treatment field. During this time, Shahroo developed a knowledge of how to bring about meaningful, self-led change, even in those who were most resistant to it. Through her popular self-help books, she hands over practical personal development tools designed to help anyone to change unwanted day-to-day habits on their own terms.
