Catherine Mann of Staffordshire Libraries and Chloe Garner of the Ledbury Festival will discuss the different ways in which poetry has helped them generate a sense of shared community locally, describing respectively their experiences working on Staffordshire’s Poetry Collection and programming a festival that aims to change the way people think about poetry. This session will be chaired by John Newman of the award-winning independent Newham Bookshop.
