This seminar has a hugely inspirational panel including female leaders in and outside of publishing today and including some really inspirational entrepreneurs. We only have an hour but this seminar will aim to open your eyes to all the barriers that are stopping you from getting to the top and also give you tools to use to get there and to use when you are to be successful, balanced and the leader you want to be! 

Who is It for – Everyone! Come and find out what barriers there are to the top and how you can get rid of these. Find out how to also encourage people in your team who you know have great potential but create barriers that need breaking down for them. Find out as managers/directors why you keep hiring Men for the job and how you might just be missing a trick with the overlooked female…
