This session will discuss the next generation of tools authors can use to get discovered. Familiarity with email marketing, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and LinkedIn etc, has spread widely among authors, as publishers pressure us to contribute, and the dreams of self-publishing success lure us to try our hands.

But what more can we do, now that we are familiar with these tools? This session will show you how the most successful authors are collaborating with other authors in their genre to reach more readers, and to give further purpose, meaning and a sense of community to their online activities.

Including examples of collaborative email list building through giveaways, collaborative support groups for all levels of experience, and collaborative promotions to help more readers find your books.
