The CAMEO Awards

The CAMEOs were created in recognition of the book at the heart of so many creative industries’ successes. The awards recognise the many creative endeavours spawned by books, from book to screen and everything in between!

We would be delighted to receive your application for the 2019 CAMEO awards.

Judges will be looking for demonstration of quality and success, including, but not limited to: box office ticket sales; reviews; press coverage; critical acclaim; social media profile; peer-to-peer recommendation, and industry prize nominations.

any individual or organisation in the UK, who has successfully transformed a book IP into another format. Entries can be made by the organisations themselves, the publisher, or anyone who wishes to nominate a third party. Adaptations must have been released in the UK between 1 April 2017 and 31 December 2018.
