Issues surrounding the migration of content into the digital space are having a direct impact on all sections of the library community. One key development is the increasing purchase and use of ebooks by public and academic librarians, and the particular challenges they pose both for them and their customers. To explore the problems and opportunities ebooks present, CILIP has secured two expert speakers to make presentations and then debate the issues raised with attendees in an Open Forum discussion session.
