Our intention is to provide event management that wherever practicable minimises the negative and maximises the positive impacts.

Reed Exhibitions Ltd is committed to continual improvement.  We comply with all applicable legislation and regulations and follow voluntary codes of practice and Reed Elsevier Policy.

To ensure transparency of our actions we now work to the British Standard for Sustainable Event Management, BS8901.  The London Book Fair is independently certified as being managed in compliance with BS 8901:2009
