Each table package includes a table with four chairs, locker and name board. The type of package you take will determine the number of table holder badges you will be entitled to order.
Packages for Agents, Scouts and Exhibiting Publishers

IRC Sole table package - £375 + VAT
This package is for one person only
IRCmultiple table package - £672 + VAT
This package is for up to four people
A late booking fee will apply to all table applications received from 21st December 2012.
Packages for Non Exhibiting Publishers (NEP’s)
This package is available for those who do not have a stand on the show floor
To give priority to agents, scouts and exhibiting publishers, booking is only available from 21st December 2012.
NEP sole table package - £968 + VAT
This package is for one person only
NEP Multiple table package - £1249 + VAT
This package is for up to four people
A late booking fee will apply to all table applications received from 19th January 2012.
Additional Charges
Electric Socket & supply to your table - £100 + VAT
A limited number of 500 watt electricity sockets are available for table holders. This cost includes the socket and electricity supply for the three days of the fair.
Promotional Panel - £175 +VAT
The promotional panel consists of a 1sqm poster on a pillar within the IRC
Locker Deposit
A £5 per table locker deposit charge will be automatically added to your contract when you make a booking. This will be fully refunded in cash on the last day of the fair (18th April 2011) when you return your locker key to the help desk.
WiFi
There is WiFi access (wireless internet connection) within the International Rights Centre. This £9 + VAT per table cost, allowing unlimited internet access for the whole three days of the fair, will be added to your contract.
Insurance
Insurance is mandatory for all companies taking tables in the IRC. This especially negotiated rate of £45 (inclusive of Insurance Premium Tax at 5%) will be added to your contract. Should you have your own public liability insurance policy (minimum £2 million required) this fee will be removed on return of a completed insurance waiver form.
Unfortunately we are unable to cover companies from the USA and Canada. Companies in these countries must arrange coverage directly and a completed waiver form must be returned with the signed contract.
