Ticket options for Tube and Train
It’s recommended that you purchase a return ticket, an All-Day Travelcard or use an Oyster card to avoid queuing on your journey home.
The Oyster card is an electronic smartcard designed for travel on tubes, buses, trams, DLR, London Overground and National Rail services within the Greater London area. It's the easiest and most cost effective way of getting around London.
The Oyster card allows you to buy and store different ticket types (travelcards/bus passes) and cash amounts on the card at stations and participating newsagents around London.
