Leading publisher HarperCollins is expanding its reach in the Christian market by choosing Ingram Publisher Services as its exclusive distributor of books suited to the market.
From January 1st, Ingram Publisher Services will deliver a range of books from HarperCollins to include titles such as Desmond Tutu’s Made for Goodness: And Why This Makes All the Difference.
Other authors among the list include NT Wright, Richard McBrien, Laura Wilder and Margaret Wise.
Ingram Publisher’s long-standing relationship with Spring Arbor makes it a good for choice for HarperCollins as a distributor as it is already well-established in the Christian market.
President of sales at HarperCollins Josh Marwell said: “As we position our company for continued and future success, we are eager to grow our sales with Christian bookstores.
“Working with Ingram Publisher Services and Spring Arbor, we will expand coverage for our titles to this important segment.”
Last month, HarperCollins completed its acquisition of Thomas Neslon, one of the largest trade publishers in the US, which specialises in printing bibles, journals and educational material.
