The LBF/Gourmand Cookbook Corner hosts a cookbook exhibition featuring the best from the Gourmand World Cookbook Awards. There is also a show kitchen hosting 16 cookbook authors and chefs from 9 countries. Demonstrating both their culinary and publishing skills, the Cookbook Corner chefs give you a taste of their latest titles.
The Gourmand World Cookbook Awards aim to:
- Reward and honour those who "cook with words"
- Help readers find the best of the 26,000 food and wine books published every year
- Help publishers with international rights to translate and distribute food and wine books
