• IRC Exhibiting Packages

  Each IRC table package includes a table with four chairs, locker and name board.

  The type of package you take will determine the number of table holder badges you will be entitled to order.

  Agents, Scouts & Exhibiting Publishers

  To be eligible for this package, your company must have a stand on the show floor:

  IRC Sole package

  • Loyalty Rate = £396 + VAT (valid until 18 June 2013)
  • Standard Rate = £415 + VAT (valid from 19 June 2013)

  This package is for one person only.

  IRC Multi package

  • Loyalty Rate = £702+ VAT (valid until 18 June 2013)
  • Standard Rate = £736+ VAT (valid from 19 June 2013)

  This package is for two to four people.

  Non Exhibiting Publishers (NEP’s)

  This package is available for those who do not have a stand on the show floor - booking is only available from 21st December 2013.

  NEP Sole Package - £1006+ VAT
  This package is for one person only

  NEP Standard package - £1296+ VAT
  This package is for up to four people

• Branding Opportunities

  Promotional Panel - The promotional panel consists of a 1sqm poster on a pillar within the IRC.
  
  IRC Shelving - The shelving package includes 3 flat or angled shelves on the pillar within the IRC.
  
  Promotional Website Listing - Ensure you gain maximum exposure on the LBF website with a listing in the online exhibitor directory.

• Additional Charges

  Electric Socket & supply to your table - £tbc
  A limited number of 500 watt electricity sockets are available for table holders. This cost includes the socket and electricity supply for the three days of the fair.

  Hardline Internet Connection - £tbc
  Free WIFI is included as part of your contract, however if internet usage is business critical we reccommend installing a hardline connection to your table.

  Locket Deposit - £10
  a £10 locker deposit charged per table will be automatically added to your contract when booking, This will be fully refunded in cash on the last day of the fair when you return your locker key to the help desk.

  Public Liability Insurance
  Insurance is compulsory for all IRC companies, a rate of £45 (including Insurance Premium Tax at 5%) will be added to your contract. If you have your own public liability insurance this will be removed on receipt of a completed insurance form.
  Unfortunately we are unable to cover companies from the USA & Canada
