Booksellers at LBF

  • Bookselling and Beyond

LBF celebrates and champions bookselling in all its guises, from high street browsing to online clicking.

Each year, we welcome the Booksellers Association (BA) as one of our main sponsors and supporters, and we're proud to provide a full programme of events and networking opportunities for booksellers at the Fair.

BA Members attend the Fair for FREE and receive a number of key benefits, making the Fair a more accessible, cost-effective and highly relevant event for booksellers. To find out more about becoming a BA member and taking advantage of this offer, simply click here.

  • Hosted Bookseller Programme

The BA and LBF run a hosted bookseller programme for booksellers from around the UK and Ireland who have not attended the Fair for 2-3 years. This programme offers booksellers the chance to win a free hotel stay for one night, allowing them to attend LBF for two full days and take part in all the bookseller activities, including a special party for booksellers and publishers.

"In such a huge event, seeing the friendly BA stand was very welcome and it really integrated booksellers into such a large and far-reaching trade event. There was a great variety of talks, so there was something happening at all times of the day. The speed-dating event for publishers was the most useful for us. We pretty much left with a diary packed for event ideas going through to Christmas in just an hour! Brilliant. It will save us so much time in the coming months."
